Marta Monrós - Barcelona, 1999

I design spaces giving importance to the user and functionality, but above all, trying to enhance the original and individual features of each place.

Hi! I’m Marta, and I’m a graduate of the Bachelor’s degree in Spatial Design at EINA (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). My interest in design comes from a very early age, along with art and architecture. In fact, I had the opportunity to study the first two years of the Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2017-2019), which allowed me to discover the influence and importance of spaces in our day to day and made me decide to focus my studies in a more specialized way towards this discipline. A space welcomes us and determines our behavior.

Throughout my studies, I have been able to collaborate on internal and external projects of the university that have made me gain experience towards design, also delving into other disciplines such as product design or photography. Before starting the degree in design, I spent a period of time in London and studied for a few months at the University of the Arts London (2019), where I took courses in photography and painting. I also had the opportunity to study a semester at the Politecnico di Milano (2022), where I acquired a more extensive vision of how spatial design around Europe is perceived.

I consider myself a disciplined, sensitive and attentive person, qualities that help me design distinctive spaces, always bringing the user into focus.
